Experiment · demonstrated · candidate
LARI built a small JavaScript app twice, starting from zero each time
An isolated candidate began with zero implementation modules, induced a four-program typed bundle from local immutable tests and a project contract, created three JavaScript source files, and passed all 12 acceptance checks. The construction run passed twice. A serialized candidate then rebuilt a second blank workspace in a fresh process with induction disabled; removing the generated command-line entry point restored failure. The candidate remains separate from the active model and unpromoted.
Research question
Can an isolated candidate construct a bounded JavaScript application from its contract and tests, then reuse retained structured knowledge in a second blank workspace?
Why this matters
Cold reload and exact-record removal test whether the retained procedure mattered to this bounded construction task.
What was tested
Induce a bounded typed program bundle from local immutable tests and the project contract, serialize the candidate, and reuse it in a separate blank workspace.
Baseline
A blank workspace with zero implementation modules.
Comparison conditions
Original construction and a fresh-process reconstruction with induction disabled; exact generated-entry-point removal as a causal control.
Test environment
Isolated candidate runtime; local immutable JavaScript tests; separate blank workspace and fresh process.
Observed result
Three source files were generated; the original acceptance suite passed 12/12 twice, and fresh-process reconstruction passed with induction disabled. Removing the generated entry point restored failure.
Outcome
Isolated JavaScript candidate passed its named contract; not promoted.
Measured results
Measurement conditions: One bounded JavaScript task contract; the 12 acceptance cases were unchanged; candidate-only result.

Evaluation method
The isolated candidate started from an empty implementation workspace, ran an unchanged acceptance contract twice, then a fresh process reconstructed a second blank workspace with induction disabled; an exact entry-point ablation checked whether behavior depended on the generated program.
External model usage
Zero external-model calls.
Cold reload
Fresh-process reconstruction passed with induction disabled.
Causal ablation
Removing the generated command-line entry point restored failure.
Transfer
One JavaScript task family transferred to a second blank workspace.

Limitations
One JavaScript task family and bounded typed representation. No live web research, cross-language construction, broad transfer, production promotion, or general coding mastery was established.
